Aday Hungary's construction system is not a conventional light steel frame technology. We use high-strength C-profile steel frames, a system that the Aday Grup a.s. group has successfully applied for two decades, from family homes to hospitals, universities and industrial facilities, in Hungary and on international markets alike.

Not OSB, but Grandex premium exterior glass fibre reinforced gypsum board

Unlike most systems available on the market, we do not use OSB-based exterior wall structures. Grandex exterior gypsum board provides better moisture resistance, longer lifespan and more reliable building physics performance.

C-profile steel frame with lattice column system

We use C90, C140 and where structurally required, C200 profiles. Steel does not warp, shrink or twist, enables precise construction and results in less structural movement over time.

The 31 cm wall structure with 10 cm external polystyrene insulation achieves a heat transfer value of 0.14 W/m²K. All structural elements are hot-dip galvanised.

Fast assembly, simple installation

The complete load-bearing structure of a 150 m² family home can be assembled by five people in one week. Electrical and mechanical services are installed before cladding, with no chasing or drilling required.
